Returns & Exchange Policy

While we hope you love everything you buy from us, we know that sometimes items get damaged in transit. While we do not accept returns based on change of mind (so please choose carefully), we do offer exchange or store credit for damaged or faulty items. 


To return your product, you should mail the item to: Little Blue Wren Gifts & Art, 111 Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier SA 5290

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

{If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.}

Shipping Information

We aim to post your purchases out within 2 days. If your order is urgent and you require Express Post, please let us know prior to ordering by emailing us at littlebluewrengifts@outlook.com

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.  Postage is to be paid by you.  Orders will be sent as a parcel with tracking.

In relation to sales of art, those items cannot be sent under our usual shipping costs.  If you wish to purchase a piece of artwork (outside of an exhibition), then please email us first to get a shipping quote to your postcode.

If you purchase the item without notifying us prior, then we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost which is to be paid by you.

In relation to international shipping:  Please email us with your request and to get a postage quote as we can send overseas. If you email us with your request, we can work out postage weights and give you a quote for Standard or Express International shipping.  All parcels will have tracking.    Please be aware that international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. You will be responsible to pay these fees at your end.  Please check with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order. 

Please double check your delivery address at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

We cannot guarantee shipping times but on average:

Within Australia: 2-14 days

International: 14-28 days

Please note that depending on the postal service, and holidays within the destination country, these times may vary slightly.
